Giuseppe Razza
Born in Resia (UD). Graduated in Hydraulic Civil Engineering with 110/110 cum laude. After graduating from the Italian Military Academy in Livorno and serving as an officer in the Port Authorities with access to confidential information.
He pursued his career as a manager working for numerous international donors and institutions (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, European Commission, United Nations, World Bank, Central European Initiative, Swedish Cooperation, British Cooperation, German Cooperation) and Italian (Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ministry of the Environment, Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, Confindustria, Friuli–Venezia Giulia Region, Veneto Region, Abruzzo Region, Interregional Observatory for Development Cooperation). An expert in concessional and sustainable finance, management of European and international programmes, international policy, cross-border and transnational cooperation, development cooperation, institutional strengthening, drafting of national plans and project management in the environment, energy and transport sectors. He is the author of historical and scientific publications on environmental issues and of books on tools to support business development abroad and the international careers of young people.
