At Fintria, she heads the Administration, Finance and Accounting department; she is also responsible for investments and due diligence on acquisitions. She is the contact person for projects relating to the Group’s development policies, and is the company ambassador for organisations, associations, studies and public administration, promoting the Holding’s activities also in international partnerships. As HR Director, she is responsible for training and safety aspects, enhancing the skills of staff in all areas of the company. An active promoter of gender equality, she is a supporter of social integration projects at work and is the Fintria Group’s contact person for trade and business associations.
