Executive board

The Executive Board has all powers of ordinary and extraordinary administration. In day-to-day management, its tasks are as follows:

  • prepare the documents to be submitted to the Assembly;
  • determine the membership fee for the Association and the annual membership fee;
  • draw up and modify the internal regulations;
  • set the dates of events organised by the Association and ensure that they take place;
  • formalise the proposals for the management of the Association;
  • decide on the initiation of administrative procedures to ensure the performance of the Association’s activities and on the acquisition of goods and services necessary for the achievement of the statutory aims;
  • approve the final budget, which must contain the individual items of expenditure and income for the period of one year;
  • approve the budget, which must contain, broken down into individual items, estimates of expenditure and revenue for the following year;
  • establish the amounts of the membership fees;
  • decide on applications for membership of the Association;
  • appoint the Secretary-General and the Treasurer from among its members;
  • decide on the opening of branch offices and designate their managers;
  • implement disciplinary sanctions against members who fail to meet their obligations;
  • set up Committees, Working Groups, and thematic round tables to ensure the smooth running of the Association and the achievement of its aims.

The Executive Board consists of a minimum of 5 (five) and a maximum of 15 (fifteen) members, elected by the Assembly from among its own members, including the President and Vice President, who perform all their duties free of charge.

Shareholders

The Association is open to all those who, interested in the implementation of the aims of supporting the institutions, share its spirit and planned activities. Membership in the Association is free. Membership is open to natural persons, legal representatives of legal persons, whether recognised or unrecognised, of any nationality, who have accepted the statutes without reservation.

All Members can participate in the Assembly and have equal voting rights.

Secretary General

The Secretary is responsible for drafting all documents related to the Association’s activities, from meeting notices to internal communications. They prepare the minutes of the Members’ Assembly and Board of Directors’ meetings, and ensure the proper maintenance of the Association’s official records. The Secretary also manages the convening of Members’ Assemblies and Board meetings, including the preparation and distribution of the relevant agendas, in accordance with the procedures set out in the Statute.
